CDL Truck Driver & Equipment Operator – Full‑Time (Class A Preferred)

We are seeking a dependable CDL Truck Driver & Equipment Operator to join our crew.

What You’ll Do

Drive CDL trucks for hauling materials
Haul equipment to job sites (Class A drivers)
Assist with excavation, grading, and general sitework
Perform basic equipment checks and operate safely
Support the crew with light labor tasks when hauling/equipment work is slow
Wintertime snow plowing work

What We’re Looking For

Valid CDL — Class A strongly preferred
(Class B considered for dump‑truck‑only applicants)
3+ years CDL driving experience
Clean driving record
Ability to pass required drug & alcohol testing
Must meet insurance and company eligibility requirements, including no felony convictions
Equipment operating experience preferred
Reliable, team‑oriented, and willing to help where needed

Pay & Benefits

$24.50–$29/hr based on experience

Laborer (Equipment Experience Preferred) – Full‑Time, Year‑Round

Beute & Bliley, Inc. is a family‑owned excavation and sitework contractor providing steady, year‑round work and a professional, team‑oriented environment. We are hiring a Laborer who can support daily field operations, work well with our crew, and is willing to learn. Some equipment operating experience is preferred but not required.
